- Children's Services
-
We value family-focused, culturally appropriate, community-based
services for children and families.
Due to the shift in the provision of services
and funding from the Department of Health (CAMHD) to the Department of Education
(DOE), Hale Na`au Pono is no longer able to provide children's case management, clinical
therapy, medication management, Adolescent Day Treatment Program, or After
School
Day Support program, certain services are provided by the individual
schools.
Hale Na`au Pono continues to provide
Therapeutic Foster Care services. Hale Na`au Pono is continuing to seek
grants and new funding resources and may restart programs closed, as the need
and funding become available.
- Adult's Services
-
We value the rights, dignity, empowerment, and culture of every
person we serve.
Hale Na`au Pono provides three distinct approaches for the care of
adults with behavioral health needs. A case manager is the single
point of access for all services. Individualized care plans are
created based upon the preferences of those served and the clinical
judgment of our professional staff. While each service is distinct, an
consumer may, over time, take advantage of one or more services that
we offer.
-
- Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services
-
We value the belief that every person has the right to be able to
assess his or her own health; to air problems honestly in a
confidential setting; and to have a responsible clean start.
-
Quality Assured Treatment staff are supervised by certified
substance abuse counselors. Prevention programs are based on
strategies from the National Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP).
Support for both treatment and prevention programs come from the State
Department of Health; Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division.
