| The Outpatient Treatment program's mission is to provide a culturally appropriate range of services in psychiatry, nursing, psychotherapy, and clinical coordination of outpatient services, in order to manage symptoms of mental illness, promote community integration, and meets the needs and desires of the consumer. Services Provided
Hours of OperationThe Outpatient program operates Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm, closed on holidays. Crisis services are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Crisis services are accessible by calling 808-696-4212. Program Entry CriteriaConsumers ages 18 years old or older. Maintenance Level Services, low intensity treatment and intervention services to establish, improve, or stabilize level of functioning are provided to consumers who require minimal supervision. Consumer must be diagnosed with a serious mental illness as classified by the Hawaii State Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD). No medical health insurance is required if the consumer meets AMHD criteria. All Quest insurance consumers who meet AMHD criteria. Private payment for services is available, with fee schedules based on financial ability. |
