Our Outpatient Service provides psychiatric, nursing, psychotherapy, and case-management services. This service is designed to meet the needs of adults with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use dual-diagnosis.
Hours of OperationThe Outpatient program operates Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm, closed on holidays. Crisis services are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Crisis services for current clients are accessible by calling 808-696-4212.
Program Entry Criteria
Consumers ages 18 years old or older. Maintenance Level Services, low intensity treatment and intervention services to establish, improve, or stabilize level of functioning are provided to consumers who require minimal supervision. Consumer must be diagnosed with a serious mental illness as classified by the Hawaii State Department of Health, Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD). No medical health insurance is required if the consumer meets AMHD criteria. All Quest insurance consumers who meet AMHD criteria. Private payment for services is available, with fee schedules based on financial ability.
