Ho`o Kaulike's mission is to provide a goal-oriented and individualized support through assessment, planning. linkage, advocacy, coordination, and monitoring the recovery from chemical dependency in order to become a productive community member. Services Provided
Hours of OperationHo`o Kaulike's Intensive Outpatient program is implemented through 24 group sessions occurring three days a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Educational groups occur Thursdays at 2:30pm to 4:00pm. Individual counseling is provided one hour weekly or as needed. Family counseling is also available. Program Entry CriteriaConsumers interested in treatment, on any level, are screened prior to admission. Once admitted, consumers are evaluated to determine the level of care needed to treat their specific problem. Self and agency referrals are accepted. Treatment plans are written to include long-term support though the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous; the consumer establishes membership with the assistance of their counselor and treatment team. The treatment program and modalities are specifically geared toward the philosophies of Alcohol Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). Each consumer is referred to the follow up program appropriate to their needs prior to exit from the program. |
