Ho`o Kaulike program provides for Addiction Outpatient Services, Treatment Programs, and Addiction / Relapse Prevention Education Classes. Ho`o Kaulike Addiction Outpatient Services offers a multi-disciplinary approach to care for individuals with Alcohol and/or Drug addictions. The treatment plan consists of:
There is also education and application of Alcoholics Anonymous and/or Narcotics Anonymous to their life including the completion of 12 step work, obtaining and using a sponsor, and developing a strong support system within the recovering community. Ho`o Kaulike also provides a planned regimen of comprehensive outpatient treatment including professionally directed evaluation, treatment, and case management services. Process groups, skill building groups, and education class are also included. Individual counseling is provided 1 hour weekly and as needed by the consumer. Family counseling is also available. Ho`o Kaulike Addiction / Relapse Prevention Education Class meets one time weekly for six weeks. The main focus of the Education Class is to build awareness to the disease concept, risk, and facts of the addiction. It also includes Anger Management and Relapse Prevention as a tool to help consumers maintain sobriety.
